Pinochet Exits Unrepentant

Marc Cooper writes that Augusto Pinochet has cheated justice once again, dead at 91 from complications of a heart attack. It was a neatly timed exit, as the former Chilean dictator faced trial for the murder of two bodyguards and was the subject of continuing investigations of his role in human rights abuses.
