Maybe the stars will get him

Accountability time for Bush
Filed under: General — quincunx @ 7:08 pm

With Saturn now in Leo and heading towards Bush’s Ascendant a movement is afoot to hold him accountable for his actions.
I am expecting the pressure to keep mounting, coming to a crunch in the second half of September and throughout October.
During this period Saturn will conjunct his Ascendant (around September the 11th - interestingly) then his first house Mercury and Pluto, exact around the 12th and 24th of October respectively. In November Saturn turns retrograde at 11 degrees Leo so it will transit these three points two more times before it finally moves away.

This is unlikely to be a pleasant experience for Bush. Saturn is no longer behind the scenes in the 12th he is in the spotlight in the first. Bush will find himself finally identified with his actions and the consequences of those actions.

Ebertin linked the transit of Saturn to the Ascendant to estrangement, seperation and even illness. Whilst in other charts this might be softened by Saturn making other, softer aspects, in Bush’s chart the only simultaneous soft aspect is a sextile to natal Neptune at 5:56 Libra - longing for far away places as Ebertin puts it.

At the same time Saturn transits conjunct the US’ North Node at 6 degrees Leo - Feeling of being repressed by others…disadvantage or loss due to others, mutual sorrow.

When Saturn conjuncts natal Mercury we can probably expect Bush to have even more trouble expressing himself than usual - Ebertin connects this transit to illness as well:

mental & spiritual backwardsness, occupational difficulties, tedious work, estrangement, seperation, disadvantageous news, tendency to illness (especially in respect to head and nerves, and according to disposition, also inclination to speech defects and hearing disorders.)

Saturn conjuncting Bush’s natal Pluto could be bad for more people than just Bush depending on how it plays out:
being cheated of success from work done, loss through force majeure, suffering from violence or commiting violent acts (murder).

As regards Ed Tamplin’s research into the presidential death cycle, It is also interesting to note that Neptune is at 15 degrees Aquarius throughout September - it will be at 15:21 Aquarius when Saturn conjuncts Bush’s Ascendant in the opposing sign of Leo.

Added to this, the Lunar eclipse on the 17th October is at 24:13 degrees Aries: closely conjunct Bush’s Midheaven.

This eclipse and the Solar eclipse at 10:19 degrees Libra belong to Saros series 7 South. Astrologer Bernadette Brady derives the character of the eclipse from the planetary aspects in force at the very first eclipse in the series. The dominating configuration in this eclipse series’ birth chart is Pluto at 8:09 degrees Scorpio making a trine to the eclipse at 8:03 Cancer, with Mars at 8:34 Leo squaring Pluto.

Brady describes it thus:

The immense power, anger and force of the Mars square Pluto is channeled into this family of eclipses via the trine. The individual experiencing this series will find that huge obstacles will suddenly and easily clear, or on the negative side, a pending potential crisis will suddenly manifest and move through his or her life rapidly. Either way the individual will feel that everything is moving at great speed.

The eclipse series’ natal Mars Pluto aspects are reflected in the October eclipses: Mars, retrograde in Taurus (Bush’s 10th house) is inconjunct Pluto at 22 Sagittarius - Mars is at 23 Taurus at the Solar eclipse and 21 degrees Taurus for at theLunar one.

Given that Bush has been like astrological teflon so far (immune as he is from democratic processes) its probably too much to hope that this period might see an end to his reign of W-O-Terror, but hopefully it will at least manifest another nail in the regime’s coffin.
